Nascar is Postponing Two Races Due to Coronavirus Concerns

Sometimes a Friday the 13th really feels like a Friday the 13th, and today was one of those days, as news continued to pour in from around the globe concerning the Coronavirus.

Nascar is just the latest in a long list of organizations to cancel sporting events, as The Folds of Honor QuikTrip 500 in Atlanta, and the Dixie Vodka 400 at Homestead Miami Speedway are both being postponed to a later, as of yet unnamed, date, according to Taste of Country.

The MLB, the NCAA, the NHL and MLS have all suspended games and season starts in response to the nationwide concern over the coronavirus (check out your local closings, here). Syracuse University has even sent students home, offering classes online.
