Mystery Vehicle [GALLERY]

Coming back from the Country Showcase at Sylvan Beach last week, I saw this mysterious vehicle at the SavOn Convenience Store just outside of town.  I looked for a symbol to lend some help in identifying it, but that only made it more mysterious?  Any clues?  Better yet, know who owns it?
