Charlie Hale is a second grader at Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Academy in Chicago. He recently appeared on a weather segment for WGN-TV, and totally knocked it out of the park. He says in the video he want to be a cop because "he likes danger," but I think he might have an early career in meteorology.
