Halloween is right around the corner and the little ghosts and goblins will soon be walking neighborhood streets in search of goodies. Princesses, zombies and superheroes will once again be among the most popular costume choices and you can find them all at local stores including some that specialize in Halloween apparel and accessories. Here are my "Top 5".

Spirit of Halloween in Sangertown Square. Open Monday thru Saturday 10-9, Sunday 11-7

Party City on Commercial Drive in the Price Chooper Plaza. Open Monday thru Friday 9-9, Saturday 8:30-9 and Sunday10-8.

Walmart in North Utica and Consumer Square, New Hartford. Open 24 hours.

Halloween City, Commercial Drive in Price Chopper Plaza. Open Monday thru Saturday 10-9, Sunday 11-7.

Target in Sangertown Square. Open Monday thru Saturday 8-10, Sunday 8-9.
