Help Madison County Businesses Thrive at New CNY Matchmaker Event

Madison County is home to a number of local farms and businesses that we've been shining the spotlight on with Buy Madison County, a county government-based initiative to help local businesses thrive and to promote shopping local.

It's more important than ever to highlight our local farms, raising awareness about shopping local and the monumental impact that can have on our economy. I've met some really great, hard-working families during our Buy Madison County farm tours. It's so fun to get a first-hand look at what hard work can accomplish.

Buy Madison County has a special event designed to match local businesses and local ag producers. Local farmers might find more retail outlets or restaurants to carry their products, while local business owners might learn about locally produced goods that could help them reach their own business goals. Everyone can grow and succeed together — but first, they have to meet! Community members are welcome, too.

Everyone that comes to this matchmaker event will be entered to win a chance to be featured in a future Buy Madison County TV or radio commercial! (Light snacks and refreshments will be served, too.)
