Sometimes with the hustle and bustle of the Holiday Season, it's easy to forget the real meaning of this time of year. In most cases it's the generosity of strangers or the simple act of a child to remind us about the important things in life.

14NEWS, the Tri-State's News

Gracie Lynn Wilson is a 3-year-old girl from Indiana. She and her Mom were eating at a 'Bob Evans' restaurant when she spotted a familiar face. It was Santa Claus. She noticed that Santa was sitting by himself and she didn't want him to be alone so she went right over to him and sat on down. The best part of all of this is all that little girl asked for for Christmas was her baby brother James. The 14 News team caught up with Santa hard at work at a mall in Indiana.

Doesn't that just make you feel excited about the Holidays? It's important to remember those who may be without family or friends this year.
