The 14 Southern California lifeguards who were fired for making a parody of Psy's 'Gangnam Style' video in uniform at the pool where they worked may be getting their jobs back.

The city country voted to rehire the lifeguards who were let go for violating employee conduct standards and improper use of city property.  The lifeguards have claimed the video was made while they were off the clock.  The City Manager now has the final say but some lifeguards have said they won't return either way.

This reminds me of the lifeguard who was fired for saving a life.  Tomas Lopez was let go for going outside his zone to save a drowning swimmer.  He also was offered his job back after the public backlash, but he declined.

The video title 'Lifeguard Style' has been viewed more than 2 million times since it was posted on YouTube.

Hear what the lifeguards have to say.
