Winter is right around the corner, and that means the season for experiencing the beauty of fall in the Adirondacks is almost over. However, there's still one more weekend to get out and experience the Adirondacks in a unique and exciting way.

Revolution Rail Company offers 6-mile railbiking tours of the Adirondack region that not only seem fun and breathtaking, but that are also accessible to people of all ages and staminas. Their 2019 season runs through Monday, October 27, with daily trips at 10:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., and 2:30 p.m. They also offer 8:30 a.m. trips on Saturday and Sunday.

The trips have been featured in Country Living, and thanks to the help of YouTube, you can see what it's like firsthand from the eyes of someone who documented their own trip.

Thinking about heading up for one final taste of fall in central New York? You may want to call or email to make a reservation at 518-251-2345 or info@revrail.com. And don't forget to dress for the weather! Railbiking tours run rain or shine, except in the case of dangerous weather conditions.
