Lake Effect Snow Warning Could Bring as Much 18 Inches
More snow is on the way and by the looks of the storm, a lot of it. A Lake Effect Snow Warning is up until Wednesday morning at 7. A Wind Chill Advisory is also up from midnight until 10 A.M. Wednesday
We could see 7 to 11 inches of snow in Oneida and Oswego Counties, 12 to 18 is expected in Lewis & Jefferson counties. At times, snow will be intense enough to drop 1 to 2 inches of snow per hour for several hours. Driving could become hazardous with windy conditions causing blowing and drifting snow. Visibility can drop to zero in minutes and travel is discouraged.
Temperatures will fall to the single digits overnight with wind conditions making it feel like -14.
