Kenny Chesney Works Out at Canandaigua YMCA Before Show at CMAC

Imagine being at the YMCA and in walks Kenny Chesney. It happened in Canandaigua where Chesney got in a workout before his show at CMAC.

Chesney stopped by the local YMCA Friday, June 11th. Even though he's one of the hottest artists in country music, Chesney was still asked for ID; a policy for every non Y member.

Colton Ceravolo, was working out when Chesney came in. “I never thought I’d be working out with Kenny Chesney. But there he was, and he — like everyone else — was polite and let him go about his business," Ceravolo tells the Daily Messenger.

When Nick Johnson heard Chesney was at the Y, he rushed down to see for himself. “He was working out hard. He looked like he wanted to be on his own and do his thing. Everybody respected that. But it was hard not to catch yourself staring,” he says.

Chesney spent the weekend in New York. After his concert at CMAC Friday he travelled to the Taste of Country Music Festival at Hunter Mountain.
