No gift gives the same feeling as doing something for others, and that's what Polly got to do at Sangertown Square.

Jolly Polly played elf and surprised shoppers by covering their tab. From Christmas ornaments and holiday hats to Santa photos and a birthday party, the surprises just kept coming.

My favorite was at Billy Beez. It turns out it was the little girl's 6th birthday, and I covered a day of play. The surprise brought her mom to tears!

So Many Happy Faces and a Few Hugs

Check out the highlight reel as Polly surprised one group of shoppers after another:

Christmas Shopping at Sangertown

There are so many shopping options at Sangertown Square in New Hartford, New York. Baby's first Christmas ornaments and Grinch-themed merchandise at Christmas Treasures, Buffalo Bills hats at Cooperstown Connection, hallway kiosks with sports-themed socks and wooden signs with fun sayings, and those massage chairs for weary shoppers and men waiting while their ladies shop.

I'm sure it surprised no one that I could point out all four jewelry stores by memory, too.

We Just Couldn't Leave Without...

When all was said and done, Polly and Tad relaxed at Pinz with a much-deserved adult beverage. Tad even got the pretzel he kept talking about all day.
