Johnny Depp Gives Slurred Speech At The Hollywood Film Awards [WATCH]

Johnny Depp must have been channeling his Jack Sparrow persona during his recent award presentation at the Hollywood Film Awards. He stumbled on stage to present the Hollywood Documentary award to famous manager Shep Gordon. Shep was being honored for the documentary about his life titled, "Supermensch: The Legend of Shep Gordon." The delivery of Depp got so bad, at one point CBS cut him off and went right to the documentary clips. Whether Depp was drunk or under the influence of some other substance, it was definitely embarrassing and awkward. If I was Shep Gordon, I would have been disappointed.
