Winning draw game tickets expire one year from the date of the draw. If your prize is up to and including $600, you can claim your prize at any licensed New York Lottery retail location. If that doesn't work for you, you can schedule an appointment at any of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers. If your prize is $601 or more, you'll need to schedule an appointment and claim your prize at one of the Lottery’s Customer Service Centers.
