Getting to work and school won't be a problem, getting home could be. The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory until 5 AM Wednesday, January 17th for Central New York.

WHAT...Snow expected. Plan on slippery road conditions, including during the evening commute today. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected. Snow amounts up to 6 inches are possible in the higher terrain.

WHERE...Northern and Southern Oneida, Madison, Chemung, Tompkins,
Cortland and Tioga Counties.

Winter Weather Preparation:
