It’s Almost Time To Pick Herkimer Blueberries At Wereszczak’s Farm

As the summer grows older (sad, we know) we get closer to berry picking season. And it's almost time to start picking Herkimer Blueberries at Wereszczak's farm in Herkimer.

For almost 25 years, Wereszczak's farm in Herkimer has been operating the blueberry patch where you can bring the family and pick your own berries, and this season is about to get started.

Beginning July 18, you can head to the patch and pick your very own berries.

The berry patch is open most days from 6:30 a.m. until 6 p.m., and you can bring your own container, or use one of theirs.

The farm monitors the berries closely so there's plenty of ripe berries for you to pick from.

They also have access for older family members, drinks for sale, and if you don't want to do the picking you can grab some of their already picked pints.
