How Young is Too Young to Get a Tattoo

How young is too young to get a tattoo?  My daughter has wanted one for years and it's the first thing she plans to do when she turns 18 this year. 

I have two tattoos so I can't really say anything to my daughter. The first one I got from a guy named Crazy Ace in downtown Toronto when I was 20.  The second was a year or so later on my stomach.  Good luck trying to figure out what it is, since it stretched when I was pregnant.

On the other side of the coin, you're never too old to get your first tattoo. This 70 year old woman got her first to honor her husband.  How sweet!

Tattoo parlors will be busy the next several weeks as students are on Spring break.  Not only will kids be getting new tattoos, some will be getting ones they regret, removed.
