Help Find the Heartless Person Who Dumped a Dog in a CNY Walmart Parking Lot

Can you help find the heartless human being who dumped a dog in a Walmart parking lot in central New York?

The CNY SPCA is reaching out to animal lovers for their help in capturing the criminal or criminals involved in dumping the dog in a Walmart parking lot in East Syracuse. This horrific act was caught on camera.

It happened Saturday, 11/9/19 at 6:35 AM. The dog is an 8-year-old terrier mix and the a picture of the car is being released in hopes of finding whoever is responsible.

The low temperature in Syracuse on Saturday, November 9, 2019, was 19 degrees, so at 6:30 in the morning, temps were still in the teens. Pets cannot be left out in extreme temperatures.

If you find yourself in a position where you can no longer take care of your pets properly, you can turn them into your local animal shelter. They'll ask if you can make a small donation, but if you can't, it's ok, they'll still take the animal.
