Salute Our Essential Heroes on the Wall of Front Line Fame

We want to salute our Essential Heroes - the men and women putting their own health at risk working on the front lines of the coronavirus crisis. From the doctors and nurses to the truck drivers and grocery store workers.

Send us an audio message on the Big Frog 104 app, or a chat message. Tell us their name and where they work. We'll salute our Essential Heroes every day. Include a picture so we can salute them on our Wall of Front Line Fame. You can also email Polly@BigFrog104.com.

Don't know how to send an audio message? It's easy! Here's step by step instructions:

STEP ONE: Hit the drop down menu in top left corner and choose choose submit photo/video tab.

STEP TWO: Fill out the form with your name, email, phone number & description of your audio message. Hit select and submit video now once the form is completed.

STEP THREE: Choose record short audio clip

STEP FOUR: Allow access to your microphone.

STEP FIVE: Record your audio message by hitting the red record button (up to 30 seconds).

STEP SIX: Hit submit when you're happy with your message.
