Fireworks From Pop Up Tents in Central New York Recalled

If you bought your July 4th fireworks at a pop up tent in central New York, you may have to return them. Over 30,000 of the Red White & Blue Smoke Fireworks are being recalled.

Hazard

The Blue Ammo Smoke effect could explode out of the bottom, causing bad burns. Three people have already suffered burn injuries.

Remedy

Return the fireworks that were sold from May 2017 through June from  where you bought it for a full refund. You can also also call 800-243-1189 Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
