The final free shows at this year's New York State Fair Chevy Court have been announced and not one is a country show. NOT ONE!

Last year Chevy Court was full of country entertainment from Dan & Shay, Cole Swindell, The Swon Brothers, Joe Nichols, the Oak Ridge Boys . This year, nada. There are plenty of country shows at the Lakeview Amphitheater but those aren't free.

With the popularity of country music, you'd think there would be even more free shows at Chevy Court this year. Is this just a plan to get more money for the Lakeview Amphitheater shows? Whatever the reason, it's sure to upset plenty of country fans.

There will be plenty of country at Wild West FrogFest & Rodeo at the Utica Rome Speedway July 23rd. Montgomery Gentry, Eric Paslay and Lindsay Ell take the stage after the Double M Rodeo, all for $35 in advance.
