Snowmobile Safety courses will be held at Vineall Ambulance in Oneida, New York on Saturday, February 9, 2019.
Kids 10 and older are eligible to take the course and get their snowmobile license which is required for all children driving snowmobiles.
Youth ages 10 - 13 may operate a snowmobile, on the trails, if they have completed a snowmobile safety training course and are accompanied by a person who is at least 18 years of age.
Youth ages 14 - 17 years old may operate a snowmobile, on snowmobiling trails, without an adult if they have completed a snowmobile safety training course recognized by the State of New York.
Anyone interested in signing up for the classes should call the club at 315-366-5444 and re-serve a spot. Space is limited.
The courses are free and lunch is provided free to all participants, courtesy of the club. Signup is at 8:45, class begins at 9:00 am.
