Dress Up The Dogs for Howl-O-Ween in Syracuse

As cute as dogs in Halloween costumes can be, I'm sure they'd enjoy it even more if they got something out of it too. Luckily, Glazed & Confused Donuts in Syracuse is throwing an epic dog costume party this weekend, complete with sweet treats for your pup.

The donut shop is giving out free "doggie donuts" and prizes at their second annual Howl-O-Ween event, and pets are encouraged to dress up in their cutest Halloween outfits.
