The days of stores staying open on Thanksgiving are dwindling. More and more are choosing to close, giving employees the day off to spend with family and friends. Declining sales and online shopping are also to blame for more than 60 stores being closed for Thanksgiving, dozens in central New York.

It looks like the only stores that will remain open are the big chains that were open last year - Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Kohl's and Macy's.
