Cuomo Announces 'Shot In the Park' Vaccine Incentive for New York

Governor Cuomo was at Jones Beach today to announce the latest vaccine incentive program, "Shot In the Park". If you get vaccinated at a select state-run vaccination site this week you will receive a 2 day family pass to any New York state park.

The "Shot In the Park" program will extend into the Memorial Day weekend. If you get the vaccine at a pop-up vaccination location at a state park you will also receive a 2 day family pass to our state parks.

This is the latest in a long line of incentives to get New Yorkers vaccinated. The big splash came last week as Cuomo announced the "Vax and Scatch" incentive. You have a few more days to cash in on that by getting vaccinated between today and the 28th at any of the 10 mass vaccination sites in NY. Do that and you will recieve a free scratch lottery ticket and the chance to win up to $5 million.
