Big Frog 104 Cruising with Polly Giveaway – Official Sweepstakes Rules

WFRG-FM/ Big Frog 104, Townsquare Media of Utica/Rome, Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies (together, the “Company” or “Sweepstakes Organizers”), will conduct ‘Big Frog 104 Cruising with Polly Giveaway’ (referred to hereafter as the “Sweepstakes”) substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows: 

1. Eligibility:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of New York who are within the WFRG-FM metro survey area as defined by Nielsen, who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Employees of Sweepstakes Organizers, its affiliated radio stations and their respective affiliated and subsidiary companies, partners and members of the immediate families or households of such employees (“Excluded Individuals”) are not eligible. Additionally, immediate family members of the Excluded Individuals are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. For the purpose of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, “immediate family” includes: father, mother, brothers, sisters, children, legal or common-law spouse and individuals with whom such employees, agents and representatives reside. Void where prohibited. 

2. How to Enter:

The Sweepstakes entry period begins at approximately 6:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Monday, June 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on Friday, July 3, 2026 (the “Entry Period”), subject to the specific timing and deadlines for each entry method described below.  There are three (3) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: 

On-Air Qualifier:  

Each weekday (Monday through Friday) during the Entry Period, listeners will be directed to tune into Big Frog 104 WFRG to listen for the Cruise Song of the Day, which will be played at the station’s discretion between 6:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m.  When the song is played, listeners may call 315-736-0104 for their chance to become an On-Air Qualifier.  Only the 10th caller, as determined by the Station in its sole discretion, will be deemed an On-Air Qualifier.  Each On-Air Qualifier will receive one (1) Grand Prize Entry into the Sweepstakes and a qualifying prize as described in Section 5.  A total of twenty-five (25) On-Air Qualifiers will be selected during the Entry Period.  

Code Word:  

During the Entry Period, WFRG will share one (1) code word each weekday via the Big Frog 104 branded app between 8:00 a.m. and 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time.  Exact times of code word reveals will be determined by WFRG in its discretion. When a code word is shared, listeners may go to the WFRG website (https://bigfrog104.com/) or mobile app and enter the code word on the Big Frog 104 Sweepstakes page for their chance to receive one (1) Grand Prize Entry into the Sweepstakes. To constitute a valid entry, the code word must be entered on the Big Frog 104 Sweepstakes page by no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on the same weekday that the code word was shared. Code Word entries are limited to one (1) Grand Prize entry per person, per code word, per day.   

Non-Code Word Multipliers:  

During the Entry Period, participants may also go to the Big Frog 104 Sweepstakes page on the WFRG website and complete one or more non-code word multiplier activities for their chance to receive additional Grand Prize Entries into the Sweepstakes.  Participants will be prompted to take a further action in order to enter, which may include, for example, visiting the station’s Facebook page, joining the station’s mailing list, subscribing to the station on YouTube, following the station on Twitter, sharing links to the Sweepstakes on social media, and visiting advertiser websites (together, the “Custom Multipliers”).  Completion of a single Custom Multiplier will result in one (1) additional Grand Prize Entry into the Grand Prize drawing.  There are no limits on how many Custom Multipliers may be completed during the Entry Period.  

3. Terms of Entry:

No purchase necessary. For purposes of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, each valid entry into the Grand Prize drawing earned through the entry methods described in Section 2 is a “Grand Prize Entry.” To be valid, Grand Prize Entries must be submitted and received in accordance with the applicable entry method described in Section 2 and any limits stated on the Big Frog 104 Sweepstakes page.  All online Grand Prize Entries must be submitted and received no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on July 3, 2026. Each valid Grand Prize Entry will have an equal chance to win the Grand Prize. Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of valid Grand Prize Entries received. Entry/registration does not guarantee a prize.  

The use of any agencies or automated software to submit entries will void all entries submitted by that person. Irregularities in the entry process will be investigated by Sweepstakes Organizers and may result in disqualification. Any decision made by Sweepstakes Organizers as a result of any such investigation shall be final. 

4. Winner Selection:

On Monday, July 6, 2026, after conclusion of the Entry Period, Sweepstakes Organizers will randomly select one (1) Grand Prize Winner from the collective pool of all eligible Grand Prize Entries received during the Entry Period. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone or email (using the contact information provided at entry), advising that they have been randomly selected as the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize Winner must return the Sweepstakes Organizer’s call or email within 48 hours or risk forfeiture of the Grand Prize. If Sweepstakes Organizers are unable to connect with Grand Prize winner within 48 hours, Sweepstakes Organizers reserve the right to choose an alternative Grand Prize Winner. In this event, the alternative Grand Prize Winner will also be selected at random from the collective pool of all remaining eligible Grand Prize Entries. 

5. Prize Descriptions:

Grand Prize.   

The Grand Prize shall be defined as one (1) seven-day Alaskan Cruising with Polly trip for two (2) people, scheduled to sail from Seattle, Washington to Sitka, Endicott Arm & Dawes Glacier, Juneau, Icy Strait Point, Ketchikan and Victoria, British Columbia, subject to change by the cruise line.  The Grand Prize package includes: 

• Round trip airfare for two (2) people from Buffalo, JFK or LaGuardia, New York, or Newark, New Jersey airports to Seattle, Washington. Alternatively, Grand Prize Winner may receive a total airfare credit of $699.00 for winner and guest on flights departing from Syracuse or Albany, New York. 

• An interior cabin for two (2) people (based on double occupancy) on a seven-day Alaskan cruise on Norwegian Cruise Line, departing from Seattle, Washington on May 1, 2027 and returning to Seattle, Washington on May 8, 2027 (port fees & taxes included) 

• A $50 excursion credit per port, per stateroom, for excursions booked through Norwegian Cruise Line 

• Required gratuities in the amount of $140 per person 

• 150 Wi-Fi minutes per person for the duration of the cruise 

• One-way transfer from the cruise ship to the airport per person 

Approximate total retail value of the Grand Prize is $3,945.00.  Grand Prize cruise package to be provided by Cruise Planners Rosa Shamro and Nicole Warner. Company will provide Grand Prize Winner’s name and contact information to Moment in Time Travel and Cruise Planners Rosa Shamro and Nicole Warner. Grand Prize Winner must contact Moment in Time Travel and/or Cruise Planners Rosa Shamro and Nicole Warner to arrange travel details within thirty (30) days of being deemed the Grand Prize Winner. 

Winner and guest are responsible for arriving in Seattle, Washington in time for cruise embarkation and for booking their own hotel accommodations in Seattle prior to departure.  The following are not included in the Grand Prize package:  

• hotel accommodations in Seattle 

• transfers from airport to hotel 

• room upgrades 

• beverage packages 

• specialty dining 

• any other expenses not expressly stated as included.  

Qualifying Prizes. 

Each qualifying prize is a $25 CITGO Cash Card with no expiration date.  Qualifying prizes will be provided by Company and must be picked up at the Station.  Twenty-five (25) qualifying prizes will be awarded.  

Approximate total retail value of all Qualifying Prizes combined is $625.  

Total value of all prizes provided during this Sweepstakes is $4,570.  

6. Prize Terms:

Only one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected and only one (1) Grand Prize will be awarded during the Sweepstakes.  Only twenty-five (25) qualifying prizes will be awarded in this Sweepstakes.  Odds of becoming an On-Air Qualifier and winning a qualifying prize depend on the number of eligible callers at the time the applicable Cruise Song of the Day is played.  Odds of winning the Grand Prize depend on the number of eligible Grand Prize Entries received during the Entry Period.  Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine an alternate winner or not to award the Grand Prize. 

Grand Prize is not transferable, exchangeable for any other prize or equivalent prize, redeemable for cash, or permitted to be sold. Qualifying prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for any other prize or equivalent prize. 

For purposes of these Official Sweepstakes Rules, the Grand Prize may also be referred to as the “Prize” or “Prizes,” and the Grand Prize Winner may also be referred to as a “Winner” or “Sweepstakes Winner.” All Grand Prize claims are subject to verification of the entrant’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules. If a potential Grand Prize Winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Sweepstakes Rules, they will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and any Grand Prize awarded to them will be forfeited. Grand Prize is limited to one (1) per household during any Townsquare Media Inc. contest or sweepstakes. 

To claim the Grand Prize, Grand Prize Winner must contact Moment in Time Travel and/or Cruise Planners Rosa Shamro and Nicole Warner to arrange travel details within thirty (30) days of being deemed the Grand Prize Winner, complete any required paperwork from Moment in Time Travel and/or Cruise Planners Rosa Shamro and Nicole Warner, and present a government-issued photo ID.  Failure to claim the Grand Prize shall constitute forfeiture of the Grand Prize. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining and presenting all required travel documents, including a REAL ID-compliant driver’s license or identification card, U.S. passport, or other TSA-accepted identification for domestic air travel, and all documents required by Norwegian Cruise Line for cruise embarkation. A valid passport is strongly recommended because the cruise itinerary includes Victoria, British Columbia and travel requirements may change. Winner and guest may be required to provide a valid credit card to the cruise line for onboard purchases, incidental charges, and other expenses not included in the Grand Prize. 

Grand Prize Winner will be required to submit valid identification to verify age and New York residency within WFRG’s metro survey area as defined by Nielsen, execute an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability, and complete any necessary W-9 tax forms when the Grand Prize is awarded.  A W-9 tax form will be provided to the Grand Prize Winner by Townsquare Media of Utica/Rome, Inc. 

7. Technical Issues:
   Should a technical problem or other issue (such as, without limitation, computer error, human error, or transmitter difficulties) result in an incomplete Sweepstakes Entry, Sweepstakes Organizers will have the right to reject or disqualify such entry. The Company is not responsible for mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, smartphone, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of text entries, social media entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. 
8. Conditions and Limitations
   The below conditions apply to any and all contests or sweepstakes hosted or sponsored by the Company, including this specific Sweepstakes. 

Company reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to a selected winner in the event of noncompliance with these rules. All winners are subject to a verification process to include winner's name, address, home phone number, work/cell phone number, and social security number. If a winner is disqualified, Company reserves the right to determine an alternate winner in its sole discretion. Only one (1) prize can be claimed per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Winners are eligible to win only once per twelve (12) month period in any Townsquare Media, Inc. nationwide and/or group contest or sweepstakes. Employees of the Company, the Sweepstake's participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related. 

9. Disclaimer
   The Company is not responsible for, and disclaims all liability for, any inability of a participant to complete an entry due to equipment malfunction, internet connection issues, inadvertent disconnections, acts beyond theCompany's control, or any other error, failure, or defect of any kind. The Company disclaims all liability for any delays, mis-delivery, loss, or failure in the delivery of any item sent by mail, courier, express, electronic transmission, or other delivery method. Entries must be made as detailed herein. No photocopies or mechanical reproductions of entry forms are permitted. The Company is not responsible for human, mechanical, technical, electronic, communications, telephone, computer, hardware or software errors, malfunctions or failures of any kind, including: failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed transmission of online entries, traffic congestion on telephone lines, the Internet or at any website or lost or unavailable network connections which may limit an online entrant's ability to participate in the Sweepstakes, and any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any information necessary to participate in the Sweepstakes. 
10. Publicity: Use of Personal Information:
    By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other sweepstakes and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Sweepstakes, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Sweepstakes to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes. 
11. Release and Indemnity
    By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant and winner (i) waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and the employees and agents of each (collectively, the Company Released Parties”), the Sweepstake's sponsors, and their parent, related, affiliated and subsidiary companies and their respective employees and agents (collectively, the Sponsor Released Parties,” together with the Company Released Parties, the Released Parties”), for any loss, claim or cause of action or personal injury which may arise out of the conduct of, or participation in, the Sweepstakes, or from the use of any prize including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, software applications, mobile devices, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors of any kind in the promotion or administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury (up to and including death) or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including travel, and (ii) agrees to indemnify Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and does hereby acknowledge that Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to prize, including express warranties provided exclusively by prize supplier that are sent along with the prize. Each participant further agrees that in the event of any claim, the Released Parties liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees. Each participant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. 
12. Taxes
    Any valuation of the prize(s)stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Company reserves the right to withhold and deduct taxes and charges from the prize if and to the extent required by law. Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable for cash or exchangeable for any other prize. Any person winning over $600 in a single or collective prize(s) from the Station will receive an IRS form 1099 at the end of the calendar year and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. 
13. Conduct and Decisions
    By participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company, which are final and binding. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Sweepstakes, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified. Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing, or threatening behavior is prohibited. The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Sweepstakes and the Company's decisions concerning such disputes shall be final and binding. If the conduct or outcome of the Sweepstakes is affected by human error, any mechanical or technical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference, or any event beyond the control of the Company, or if for any other reason the Company determines that the Sweepstakes cannot be run as planned, the Company reserves the right to terminate the Sweepstakes, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate. The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion. ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITE, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPATION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. 
14. Miscellaneous
    Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company's release form to claim the prize. No purchase necessary to participate or win. Void where prohibited. The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Sweepstakes at any time. The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Sweepstakes. Written copies of these rules are available during normal business hours at the business offices of the Station and by mail upon written request with a stamped, self- addressed envelope. All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned. To be removed from our direct mail, email or fax lists, visit the main office of the Station during regular business hours, or send a self-addressed, stamped envelope with sweepstakes name to WFRG-FM, Townsquare Media of Utica/Rome, Inc., 9418 River Road, Marcy, NY 13403. To request the name of the winners, send a separate, self-addressed stamped envelope with sweepstakes name to WFRG-FM, Townsquare Media of Utica/Rome, Inc., 9418 River Road, Marcy, NY 13403. Requests for a winners list must be received within sixty (60) days of the end of the Sweepstakes dates first listed above. 
15. Compliance with Law
    The conduct of the Sweepstakes is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.
