Coupon Redeemable for Gallon of Gas

My daughter-in-law e-mailed me this story and at first I didn't believe it, you know how those internet hoaxes go.   But there may be some validity to this one.  Apparently they're making this coupon that you can exchange for a gallon of gas.

Wow, this guy has two coupons! Sorry, I know that was a really sad attempt at humor, but hey, it sucked me in and I didn't want to be the only one.
