Have you seen the latest viral video, Cookie the Little Penguin at the Cincinnati Zoo?  Cookie has become so popular he even has his own Face book page. Cookie's claim to fame is that he appears to be a bit ticklish.

The woman behind the "Cookie Sensation" is Patricia Sund of Florida
who writes about birds for a living.  She shared her story with the CBS TV station in Miami.
