Chris Pratt Helps Terminally Ill New York Teen With His Bucket List

Sometimes having a career in acting automatically gets you labeled a jerk or spoiled brat. But Chris Pratt seems to be the same lovable guy he usually portrays in movies and on TV. Spotted in the Capital Region, he appears to be just as goofy too. This photo proves it.

Pratt helped Jacob Monday cross off an item on his bucket list.  Monday is a sophomore at Shenendehowa High School in Clifton Park and has terminal bone cancer. After several procedures failed to cure Monday, he and his mom to decided it was pointless to continue procedures that would never deliver results. Instead, they decided to enjoy the one to two years he had left and created a bucket list.

One of those items was meeting the Hollywood star. Another is, getting as many Instagram followers as possible. So Pratt shared the story on his account asking his fans to follow Jake's story. Classmates are also helping his wishes come true with a Go Fund Me Account.
