Charlotte Russe Closing All Stores, Liquidating Inventory

UPDATE: Charlotte Russe is going out of business, closing ALL stores, including the one in Sangertown Square Mall in New Hartford. Liquidation sales begin today (March 7) in store and will end no later than April 30. Online shopping is already shut down.

Charlotte Russe filed for bankruptcy in February, announcing plans to close nearly 100 stores, including the one in New Hartford.

The clothing retailer, joins companies like Payless Shoes, Sears, K-Mart and Toys R Us who have filed for bankruptcy, closing stores around the country as more shoppers buy online.
