Central New York Wind Chill Warnings and Snow Squalls
One thing for certain is Central New York is in for some bitterly cold temps. Not so certain is some Lake Effect Snow Squalls developing later this morning. The National Weather Service has issued Wind Chill Warnings for nearly the entire state, while the snow squalls appear to be set up along I-81 corridor. Here's the latest.

The amount of snow won't be tremendous, but be prepared for whiteout conditions during heavy squalls. Jefferson and Lewis Counties in Upstate New York are still under a Winter Storm Warning with another 1 to 2 feet of snow expected by Friday. Several travel bans have been put into effect for I-81 and The Thruway.
