Carrie Underwood’s Son Horseback Riding for the First Time Is Precious
Carrie Underwood can't resist a snap of husband Mike Fisher bonding with the couple's 2-year-old son, Isaiah, and she wants the world to see the cuteness, too. The singer shared this sweet father-son moment on Instagram.
Fisher took Isaiah for his first horseback riding lesson, and the toddler was a natural, according to Dad. "Nothing like hearing Izzy say 'I'm a cowboy' while horseback riding for the first time! He's a natural!" he said alongside the Instagram photo, which shows the father-son duo in matching flannel shirts as Isaiah rides a horse for the first time with his dad by his side.
Underwood had thoughts about the moment, too, writing, "My boys, matching flannel shirts, a horse and the beautiful outdoors = perfection!"
The precious horseback photo follows another sweet moment that happened between Fisher and his son when the hockey player gave his little boy a puck during a recent Nashville Predators game. Dad in full uniform on the ice, Isaiah was also donning a sweet little Predators jersey while being held by his "Papa."
Underwood rocked the stage with Keith Urban at the 2017 ACM Awards for a performance of their duet and Urban's current single, "The Fighter." She also helped open the awards show by participating in a medley of No. 1 songs from 2016 and 2017, singing her chart-topping hit "Church Bells."
