Can You Help Tad Read His Own Handwriting?

I probably missed my calling.  Judging by my handwriting, I should have been a doctor.  Have you ever written yourself a note and then couldn't read it later?  I'm looking for help, know any hieroglyphic decoders?

With all of today's fantastic technology, text to talk and/or email, I should probably just use that function to take notes for me.  But then again Suri or whatever her name may be on Android devices, doesn't always recognize this accent.  Add in auto correct and your never quite sure what I'm saying in a text or email.  Below is the handwritten note I tried to decipher today.

While most of things on my "to do list" are somewhat discernible; order Shari's Berries for Mom, some work related things, I need golf balls (that should really be at the top), the youngest grandson's birthday is here, but that last one has me stumped.  "Asp Fishout?"  I don't have any snakes or fish, what could it be?  Anyone have any hints?  Please leave me a note below or on our Face Book page.  And PLEASE, write legibly.
