The weather may not be similar to the Bayou, but the flavors are the same at a new Central New York restaurant. "Boil It" will feature Louisiana foods prepared and served Cajun style.

The story 1st reported by Syracuse.com, says Boil It opened Wednesday (11/14) on Old Liverpool Road near Electronics Parkway. They refer to their restaurant as a "Cajun Style Seafood House" featuring lobster, several varieties of crab, shrimp, crawfish, clams, and mussels. Spice levels range from mild to hot to supreme.

As the name implies, dinners will be available in the traditional "boil" style where everything is cooked one pot and thrown on the table to share. The restaurant will also feature other southern classics including catfish and 'Po Boy sandwiches.
