Brad Paisley wrote his new single, "My Miracle," for one woman: his wife, Kimberly Williams-Paisley. The blues-influenced love song is, the country star says, one of his most honest songs ever.

"I write a lot of songs that can be various looks at relationships, from all angles ... [and] I can be a little bit ornery when it comes to writing love songs. I don't typically put it all out there. But in this one, I did," Paisley says. "This is the most powerful statement I think I can make, and the one I wrote it for, she's my worst critic, typically, but in this case, I think I got it right."

In the chorus of "My Miracle," Paisley sings, "My miracle is five foot five / No doubt in my mind, she's the reason I'm alive / And I wasn't always spiritual / Only one thing's for sure / How could I not have faith in the God that created her?" A second chorus changes out the first two lines for, "My miracle is standin' right there / Lookin' so beautiful with blue jeans and long brown hair."

Paisley originally shared "My Miracle" on Instagram on Friday (March 8), to mark International Women's Day. The song will go to country radio on March 25.

The Paisleys met when Brad Paisley cast his now-wife in his "I'm Gonna Miss Her (The Fishin' Song)" music video. They got married on March 15, 2003 and have two children together.

"My Miracle" is the second new single that Paisley has released in recent months; it follows "Bucked Off," released in November. A new full-length project has yet to be announced, but Paisley will be beginning a world tour in May.
