You've fallen in love with the Beekman Boys of Sharon Springs while watching the "The Fabulous Beekman Boys" on the Cooking Channel. You might have fallen in love with them while enjoying their New York products. Now, you can fall in love with their goat poop.

On October 13th at 8PM, the Beekman Boys will officially begin selling goat poop. That's right, goat poop. This "Goat Poop" will also be made with natural ingredients and produced in small batches. Good thing right? It's better than that goat poop made from concentrate.

“When we nearly lost our farm in the recession of 2008, we turned to our herd of 127 goats to save it,” explained Josh Kilmer-Purcell, co-founder of Beekman 1802. “We’ve sold over two million bars of our goat milk soap, and our goat milk cheese has a wait list of over 5,000 people. We were searching for our next hit product, and realized that Goat Poop has been right under our nose the whole time.”

Beekman co-founder Brent Ridge is equally passionate about Goat Poop. “Josh and I came up with the idea while taking a walk through our pasture,” Ridge states. “We can immediately smell a hit, and we knew that our Beekman customers would go crazy for it. We can’t wait for this Holiday season, when Beekman 1802 Goat Poop hits our fans!”"

Beekman 1802 Goat Poop will debut on Friday the 13th. Talk about a Freaky Friday right?  In addition to Goat Poop, the Beekmans will include other limited edition Holiday Gift items inside their Sharon Springs-based store. You can find them located at 182 Main Street, Sharon Springs, or online anytime.
