If your iPhone 6 Plus is taking blurry pictures, it may not be your fault. Apple is recalling some phones for a faulty camera.

On certain phones, the camera has a component that may fail causing your photos to look blurry. The affected phones fall into a limited serial number range and were sold between September 2014 and January 2015.

If your iPhone 6 Plus is producing blurry photos and falls into the eligible serial number range, Apple will replace your device's iSight camera, free of charge.

You won't be able to return your phone at your wireless carrier store. They must be taken to an Apple store.

Check If Your IPhone 6 Plus Is Recalled

*First find your serial number by going to into --- Settings --- General --- About
*Tap and hold the number to copy
*Enter number at apple.com.

If your iPhone 6 Plus has any damage such as a cracked screen which impairs the camera replacement, that issue will need to be resolved prior to service.
