9th Annual Teddy Bear Toss Saturday December 7th at Utica Aud

It's a tradition that continues to grow each year. The 9th annual New York Sash Teddy Bear Toss is Saturday at the Utica Aud.  Thousands of stuffed animals will fill the ice after the UC Pioneers score their first goal. 

Last year, more than 4500 Teddy Bears littered the ice.  This year, Scott Hayes of New York Sash says he expects even more.

The game is sold out but you still take part by donating Teddy Bears at New York Sash on Oriskany Boulevard in Whitesboro.  Stop by the store after Saturday's night's game to see the pile on display before the Teddy Bears are given to kids for the holidays.
