7 Cows Stolen From New York Farm

Who steals a cow? Someone did and they got away with 7 from a New York Farm.

John Violette, raises Guernsey and Jersey cows, some award winning, at Monument View Farm in Greenwich, New York. Sunday, July 29th he noticed several missing from inside a barn where they were housed in the Town of Argyle, including his prized cow Roxy, worth $30,000. "Roxy is third generation and a 1st place winner at the All American Dairy Show in Harrisburg PA," says John.

John is hoping to "get the word out to other farmers, butchers and processing plants" and a reward is being offered for the safe return of the cows. The Washington County Sheriff's Department has even been called in to investigate.
