3 Sure Methods To Clean Easter Egg Dye
Easter Egg dye stains everything, let's be honest. It'll get your clothing and fingers pretty bad. Can you clean it up easily?
The Spruce has three easy methods for clean up:
1) Use Dish Soap And A Water Mix
Use dish soap and a water mix of 1/2 tsp of dish soap liquid with 1/2 cups of lukewarm water.
"Rub the detergent solution into the stained portion of the fabric. Work it in gently using a clean white cloth. It's tempting to try to scrub, but this can damage the fabric."
Be gentle!
2) Try To Blot
Continue blotting up the stain as long as it will transfer to another cloth.
Press the cloth gently onto the damp stain area and continue on dry parts of the white cloth until nothing else will transfer."
Be easy with it.
3) Carpet Stain Remover
Many websites recommend using a carpet stain remover to get rid of these nasty stains on clothing. For skin, this probably would not work well.
