3 men who worked on the lights crew for Luke Bryan's show in Syracuse were involved in an accident following the show. The men, two of whom were brothers, were on their way home to West Virginia when the crash occurred in Schuyler county.

The vehicle hit a tree in Alpine Junction off State Route 13 Sunday morning according to The Odessa File after running into a ditch and going airborne. The men, whose named have not been released, were airlifted to Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse and Packer Hospital in Sayre with undisclosed injuries.

When police arrived they found one man outside the vehicle and two more trapped inside. The jaw of life were used to rescue both men.

Bryan released a statement, sending his well wishes and thoughts to the men and their families.
