We should have seen this coming. The woman Tim McGraw was seen swatting in concert after she grabbed him, has lawyered up. Jesslyn Taylor is suing and wants McGraw to pay up.

Taylor's personal injury lawyer tells TMZ, his ' client was NOT trying to grab Tim's junk when he hauled off and slapped her. She was nothing more than an enthusiastic fan who was part of the show's 'interactive environment' and merely wanted a touch.'

Taylor's touch was a little much for McGraw, who says he acted instinctively to try and keep her from ripping his jean. 'It is one of those things that happen, nobody feels good about it, but there’s nothing that could be done about it. You are in that position, you are out there, you are vulnerable, things happen and sometimes you react. There’s nothing to be said about it.

Taylor wants more than money. She wants an apology from McGraw for humiliating her, calling her aggressive.

Police are siding with McGraw. Based on the videos, they feel the fan WAS acting aggressively and Tim's reaction wasn't out of line. You agreed in a recent poll with nearly 72% taking Tim's side.

Why does everyone have to sue for everything? This sounds like someone just trying to get a quick payday. I hope the judge doesn't really make Tim pay for this!

What do you think? Should Tim have to pay up?
