We all know that the groundhog predicted an early spring on Groundhog Day last month, so what happened? Now, there have been those who want to prosecute Punxsutawney Phil, the groundhog for getting it wrong, but at the last minute, his handler stepped in to take the rap.

Today is February 2nd, Groundhog Day, and we get the most accurate weather prediction for the rest of the season from the groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil. According to the groundhog, Punxsutawney Phil spring should be here soon. As legend says, if Phil sees his shadow it's six more weeks of winter, if not it should be ending soon. We can only hope! You can check out Phil's official ceremony here.
