Come snow or high water, the Utica St Patrick's Day parade was going to march on. After being postponed, rain and cold temperatures couldn't dampen the sprits as people lined Genesee Street.

Umbrellas and rain gear were as important as wearing green for the St Patrick's Day parade. It wasn't as cold as when the parade was originally planend but it wasn't the warmest parade on record either. Despite the typical March weather in central New York, hundreds of people enjoyed the clowns, bands, fire trucks and floats among the snow banks.
