The Oneida-Herkimer-Madison BOCES will hold a spring open house on Wednesday, March 8, 2017, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Career and Technical Education Center on Middle Settlement Road, New Hartford, N.Y.

Students, parents and those interested in career and technical education will have an opportunity to visit state-of-the-art classrooms and meet with instructors and staff. Displays of equipment, student projects, presentations and student demonstrations will be included in the evening’s program.

P-TECH OHM will also be holding their 8th Grade Information Night in Room 110 of the Career & Technical Education Center. Eighth grade students and their parents will have an opportunity to learn more about the P-TECH OHM program. P-TECH, which means Pathways in Technology Early College High School, is a public-private partnership that will prepare more than 12,000 New York students for high-skills jobs of the future in technology, manufacturing, healthcare and engineering.

Representatives from the BOCES Adult and Continuing Education programs also will be available to answer questions about classes.
