Additional Information

Platinum selling, country singer-songwriter Dierks Bentley has announced that the Utica Memorial Auditorium has been added to the second leg of his 2014 Riser Tour. The 20-city run will stop in Utica, NY on Nov. 16. It is set to be the first concert at the newly renovated AUD and under the management of Garden Entertainment.

Bentley will be joined by Randy Houser and Eric Paslay. The show will begin at 7:30 p.m. and doors to The AUD will open at 6:30 p.m. Tickets - priced at $35, $45 and $55 - will go on sale Friday, Sept. 5 at 10 a.m. They can be purchased online and over the phone through Ticketmaster and in person at The AUD box office. There will be an eight ticket limit per transaction.

"We are extremely excited to host Dierks Bentley as the first performing artist at The AUD under new management," Garden Entertainment President Robert Esche stated. "This show will pave the way for a number of other acts to add to the history of a building that has seen some of music's most iconic performers."

Bentley has landed at the No. one spot on both the Billboard Country Airplay and Mediabase radio charts this week with country music's biggest summer hit “Drunk On A Plane.” It is the second consecutive No. one hit off his critically acclaimed album RISER on Capitol Records Nashville and the 12th of his career as both a singer and a songwriter. His six previous studio albums have sold more than five million copies, notched 11 chart-topping singles and earned 11 GRAMMY nominations, countless CMA, ACM and CMT nominations and membership at the Grand Ole Opry.

“It’s going to be tough to top this summer, but every night I get more excited and don't want this run to end.  I'm just living in the moment as much as I can and taking it all in…it really has been the best summer of my life," said Bentley.
