Was Their a Penalty on the San Francisco 49er’s Play on 4th Down?

It seems to be the topic of most Superbowl conversations around the office today.  For once, more people are talking about the game than the commercials.  Should there have been a penalty called on the Ravens during San Francisco's 4th down play in the end zone?  If you haven't seen it, check out the video and tell us what you think.
