It's been almost 100 years since the traffic light was invented. While they have made driving a lot safer, some are just way too annoying.

The city of Utica is one of the best cities in the world, however no city is perfect. One of the things that frustrates people most are traffic problems. One of the biggest sources of traffic jams are stop lights. Again, these are mechanical devices that are expected to malfunction at some point, but there are some areas of this city where it seems to be an ongoing annoyance.
