Oneonta police are still investigating the death of 20-year-old SUNY student Tyler Lopresti-Castro, whom police say had alcohol and caffeine in his system before he died from cold exposure.
Oneonta City Police say it may take months but they are dedicated to learning what led to the death of 20-year-old SUNY Oneonta student Tyler Lopresti-Castro, known as "T-Lo."
As of September 2, 2020, almost 300 students have tested positive for the coronavirus at SUNY Oneonta, and they're running out of room on campus for the mandatory 14-day isolation and quarantine period.
SUNY Oneonta is closing campus for the next two weeks, five students have been suspended and the Governor has deployed a swat team after a COVID-19 outbreak.
