The owner of Standard Heating, Cooling and Insulation has won the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce's Businessperson of the Year. She's the first woman to win the award in more than 20-years. First Manny's Cheesecake in Utica went up in flames, then firefighters battled a fire at Standard Insulating in Marcy.  Fire departments from Maynard, Stittville, Whitesboro, Deerfield and more were called to assist in fighting the blaze on River Road which was considered a “chemical fire.” There's no word on what sparked either fire.
