High winds, blowing snow, and zero visibility are being blamed for a tragic and bizarre crash just before 3 p.m. on Friday afternoon in a rural part of the Holland Patent School District, that took the life of a school bus driver and injured others.

Authorities are at the scene of a 2-vehicle collision involving two Holland Patent school buses.

New York State Troopers are investigating a school bus accident on Monday in Upstate New York, that involved a Boonville, NY school bus driver and a 25-year-old. Troopers say two young passengers, ages two and four, were on the bus at the time of the accident. According to police, there were no injuries.
